 Tenant Screening

Our success and reputation are built upon our ability to quickly locate the best, most qualified prospective tenants. Our thorough, proven screening methods include:

  • Background checks (including criminal, sexual predator, and credit report checks for each adult)
  • Employment verification (verifying combined monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rental amount)
  • Rental & Mortgage verification (an assessment of prior 2 years rental or mortgage history, including any evictions)

Monthly Accounting

We have professional, secure processes in place to manage all income and expenses for your property. Each month, you'll receive a comprehensive report detailing monthly rental income and expenses including management and any necessary maintenance. Most importantly, you'll receive a monthly rent check!

We also prepare all year-end statements and 1099s forms to simplify tax preparation time.

Maintenance & Tenant Services

We understand that while you may not live in your investment home, it is still your home and a valued investment.

When placing a tenant, we perform a walkthrough of your property and prepare a condition report. We also complete semi-annual inspections to provide you with additional protection and peace of mind. Upon lease-end, we'll conduct a move-out inspection and coordinate any services or repairs needed to quickly ready the property for your next tenant.

We'll oversee all property maintenance, responding to tenant requests and working with trusted, reliable and licensed service providers to complete all approved repairs in the most cost-effective manner possible.
